watercolour, arches 300 gsm paper, black borders added digitallyA commission, which is going to be printed onto a glass window at the commissioner's workplace. How exciting - I've never had a painting turned into a stained glass window before!
I just added the black borders to get an idea of what the three panels would look like all together. I'm not sure how the commissioner will choose to get it printed up - what colour and what thickness border they will go for.
ps. you might notice the similarity of this one to one I did earlier this year. The same person commissioned both, one was for the front cover of a book, the other for the window.
and here it is printed up onto glass and in the window!

Funny, my first thought was: "This looks like something that could work as a stained glass window." Not lying!
