Wikipedia can tell you quite a bit about them, if you're wanting the original Deep Ones and Old Ones...After H.P. Lovecraft passed, a great many other authors sort of rose to the challenge and produced their own stories, some involving the Lovecraftian mythos, while others created their own Old and Deep Ones.
