Description
Sketches from last year and one from this year, featuring Sasuke, Itachi and Shisui. The first three were sketched in Tegaki.Sorry for the lack of new artwork - I've been traveling for the past 2 weeks and sick for a week, so this is the best I can do atm.

So many gorgeous men in one place.
My favourite here is the second one from top.
This might sound odd, but it has a sense of freedom about it,
portaying a determined Sasuke. IΒ΄m really fond of it. 
But it doesnΒ΄t mean the other three drawings are no masterpieces, because they certainly are.

Beauty at it's finest! I can't even decide which sketch I like most. Sasuke almost looks gentle in his sketches, I like that really much. But there's only the trace of a smile. I like the warm colors in the first three ones, because it looks like evening light is shining on their faces.
I've also seen the newest one of Shisui on tumblr and liked it, because the monochrome shading of the skin is very well done. Not to mention the determined expression he has.

And YES, he was back in the anime. Back with his beautiful voice and majestic new (?) music. But alas, don't watch it if you can't bear some shitty animation. They've really done his looks no justice at all.

Hehe - did you know that I actually tried to portray a sick Itachi in the portrait? Hence the tired face
It was fun travelling! I am finally off uni, and now have some free time (before searching for work omg noes!). I am healthy now too, though the cough is still quite persistent.
I'll watch the ep tonight - but really? That is a shame. I mean, a fan favourite character is back in the show and they cannot at least do a good job? I at least hope that the whole Sasuke-Itachi reunion will be done much better.

Yeah, now that you say it, he looks that way indeed. But you can never be sure with Itachi. He had every reason to be tired even if he wasn't sick.

Haha I've been developing escape fantasies during the last weeks, hanging out on travel forums, thinking about going to Japan again after finishing my thesis. Where did you travel?
Tell me what you thought about the ep if you like! I also badly hope for good animation during the Kabuto-Uchiha-fight, but oh well.

I understand you - escape fantasies is a great way of putting it XD. More often than not, I think about stuff other than uni when I needed to focus on uni work the most..
I traveled within the UK, mainly south and midlands - so tiring, but so fun!! Backpacking in winter is really, really weird

I watched the ep - why oh why oh why can't they portray Itachi in his full glory? At times I almost winced at the animation
