By using my artwork, design, or any other service from me, you acknowledge that you accept, understand the terms of service as well as accept to be bounded by the terms of service.
I have the right to cease the service of anyone who breaks the terms of service.
COMMISSION / GENERAL
- I have the right to refuse your commission
- You must have at least one reference or a clear idea of a character you want
- When the commission has been accepted, you must pay at least 50% of the price
- The artwork will not be sent unless the payment is complete
- There will be no refund if you pull out from the commission.
- If I do not finish the commission, I will refund the payment with the unfinished artwork.
- Any artwork that has been made by me are not to be used on merchandise or any product without permission.
- Any artwork made by me is protected by copyright. You may not copy, trace my artwork for any reason.
