Finally I get to upload this! Been waiting for the day for so long XDThis is for LoonyBoB 's project called Final Fantasy VII Moments . Wow good job compiling everything and even making a video of the artworks! Check it out if you prefer not to go through the thread!
We were supposed to pick a moment or scene from Final Fantasy VII to draw, and I chose this one because I wanna draw Zack and Cloud. Truth be told it was hard for me to draw this because it's just so sad ;__;
"Although it's tragic, I think this is the most important moment in Cloud's life. Losing a friend, and inheriting his legacy; this scene is a turning point for Cloud that leads him to be who he is. His Identiti Crisis - was it his own fault?"
Final Fantasy VII belongs to Square-Enix and characters belong to Tetsuya Nomura.

Aaaaaaaallllllllll the feels. 
I think I spent more time editing the sound for this part of the video than any other by some distance. Getting those heart beats, the shooting, the silence and the fadeaway timed just right... tricky. And then bizarrely I had to follow it up with some more uplifting music for the following scenes which didn't quite fit, so I had to have a dramatic pause between them too. xD

in this scene i always cry the most saddest moment in final fantasy

i had to rewatch the scenes both from the original game and Crisis Core. Watched it over and over again in youtube and couldn't stop crying. It was even more painful to draw this out, but i hope i could bring out the despair.
