I'm gonna be objective and say what I think about the render, not the character.
She looks cool here, the song highlights it.
The pose and the angle go well with each other, it makes the character appear so casual, like she's sitting there, letting the wind go through her hair and enjoy the night.
Her shading came out wonderful, the anime look of the model is perfectly surrounded by it.
The scene gains a cozy atmosphere by the stage's design and use of lighting.
I like the lamp in the background creating a warm light as well as a contrast to the blue of the night.
The simple depth of field fits it very well.
