well, to be fair, the comic doesn't actually show how fast the ball is moving, but it's much like dodging a gunshot, and if you've ever been in a situation like this, everything does slow down and it's REALLY hard to move out of the way. That's how that car hit me in High school ^_^;;

Though I still don't think a giant like Disney would go through deviantArt to see if there's a depiction of their characters just to sue the author. It's a bit too much even for them.
