The world's gone bleak, and I actually feel very scared right now. I don't know what to make of it. I think you've done a great job portraying whatever emotions might be circulating around this pic. The fogginess suggests confusion and disbelief, and the need to protect one's self or find a blanket of security. It's an interesting style.
