That's Fiona Fox, she's from the sonic Archie Comics. Cosmo is from Sonic X, but both of the girls Tails
has loved before and he has lost them both.

That's just I never read an Archie comic. It's because I live in France and there's no that in French. Anyway I've seen all episodes of Sonic X in French.
