Found on Victoria Avenue in Westmount, Quebec, Canada. On Saturday the 22nd of May, 2021, I came across this oddity. There's two of them, at the same intersection. A stop sign with small red LED lights around it. They just flash every couple of seconds. Taking a pic with them "on" was a challenge. I thought WillM3luvTrains and ArtRock15 may like this interesting atypical signal. At night time must be very useful to ensure that it will be noticed.
