This is a fan pic, first time in a long time. This is a minor, one-episode character who needs more love. Laa-See, a Kon-Seal (yep, that's the name of her race) and the "sweety" of Loo-Kee (the Kon-Seal who gives the "moral of the story" for every episode of the original She-Ra SAVE SIX). She needs more love. Besides this, the only fanart I can find with her is by AsherTye , such as . Bear in mind the alternate spelling "La-Cee" is also used in some fanart, but according to the Wiki Greyskull, her name is Laa-See.

Well, here I have her. Decided to give her dress pockets, and while you can't see it, decided her dress should have its own tail hole, even if she wasn't originally dressed that way.

Used a VIA Rail stepstool, partially to show her size, and partially because VIA Rail Canada rocks.

She's from the episode "Loo-Kee's Sweety" of She-Ra: Princess of Power.
