My baby ;7; I wanted an icon of her really bad after designing a kimono-type dress for her. I haven't done pixel art is so looooooong!This was so challenging! Not only am I rusty at pixel art but I've never really gotten into animation x-x rip well I hope it was worth it.
Might change some things later.. the face shape kinda bugs me. But for now it's good!

How did you convert this is 50x50 and keep it so crisp?!

I use gimp, so when I go to scale image and it asks interpolation method, I chose "none". Otherwise, the program tries to smooth out the image (which is normally a good thing for better quality scaling, but in this case we want all our pixels to stay sharp)
I'm not sure what you would do for any other program though, so I hope my explanation can cover most situations

I like it well enough, but I'm still learning. Iv'e never tried gimp so for all I know it may be much easier to use.
If you are interested in trying out cap for more pixel art I found these brushes to be really helpful!
( you have to mess with the settings and lower the stabilization for the brushed almost lag?? that might just be my computer though but when I lowered it some it fixed it!)

Thanks ;v; animation is tricky for pixels! But you just kind of have to go at it.. Move stuff around and make sure you save different files in case you mess up~
