Description
Decided to blend a bit of the Jungle Book with the setting of the Korean (or Japanese) telling of The Lion King. In this piece, Raksha is looking after Simba and Buckshot, but she also has a new human in her charge. (Haven't decided on a name for the human boy yet). Shere Khan demanded the man-cub be handed over, but Raksha refused. She already called for the help of the pack and her friends, which is why Shere Khan hadn't attacked her. They were already here. He could smell them, he just couldn't see them, so, he couldn't just charge Rakshsa to get to the Man-Cub, and Raksha herself was no pushover. It was her campaign that had led to her man-cub son, Mowgli blinding him with fire in one eye last time. Mowgli had gone to take care of his own kind, but this man-cub was of another realm that was not Mowgli's. And Raksha was never gonna surrender her cub to Shere Khan. She'd be going against her maternal instinct, and a promise she made to the stars.

Shere Khan swore he would one day have the man-cub in his claws, but Raksha and all of her friends assured her that they do everything in their power to ensure that did not happen.

Hope you all enjoy. Thought I'd borrow the idea that Shere Khan got blinded by fire and blinded in one eye, giving him a great fear of man's fire, or as many in the jungle called it, "The Red Flower".
