dfkljLSDFKJAS SO WE HAD A SEASON FINALE THAT INVOLVED ONE TEAM HAVING TO SHUT DOWN THIS GENERATOR IN THE MIDDLE OF THE MAIN BAD GUYS' BASE

AND THEY GOT TO THE GENERATOR AND WERE LIKE "AIGHT LET'S BREAK THIS SHIT"
but then ivan found a hatch on the generator
and there was a little boy inside of it, emaciated with these big eyes with like horizontal slits in them
and he was attached to the thing with all these cords
and ivan tried to cut one to get him out but it caused him excruciating pain
so they tried nad tried and tried to figure out but couldn't find out how to get him out without cutting the cords and they were running out of time
so they had to hack through the cords while the kid screamed and ivan tried to distract him
and they got him out and swaddled him in a hoodie and ivan held him and was like "We're going to get you out of here you're going to be safe now I'll make sure you're okay" and the kid had like
tears in his eyes
and then dIED IN HIS ARMS
AND IT WAS FUCKING AWFUL
AND HE CARRIED HIS CORPSE ALL THE WAY BACK HOME AND USED THE LAST OF HIS MONEY FROM HIS FAMILY TO ORCHESTRATE THIS FANCY FUNERAL FOR HIM AND NOW HE'S DEAD INSIDE AND IS ACTUALLY KIND OF BEING A GOOD GUY

NO it was his bby childhood friend that took a bullet for dao when he was like 17 and hung around him as a ghost for years but dao didn't know, and when he finally got to talk to the ghost they both were in this weird ass temple to save dao's mom's soul
but then SPIDERS EVERYWHERE AND PAIN AND SUFFERING AND DAO HAD GOTTEN SHOT LIKE TWICE BEFORE THIS WHOLE THING AND A MASSIVE SPIDER IMPALED HIS LEG AND THEN HE HAD TO CHOOSE BETWEEN HIS MOTHER OR HIS BEST FRIEND AND HE CHOSE HIS MOM CAUSE SHE IS STILL ALIVE??? BUT TURNS OUT THESE SPIDERS DEVOUR SPIRITS AND THE LAST THING DAO SAW OF HIM WAS HIS FRIEND GETTING RIPPED APART INTO PIECES WHILST SCREAMING IN AGONY
