*EDIT: Rain and animations were not made in Adobe Flash. All frames were created individually in Photoshop CS5.This is an animation I manufactured from a very well-achieved artist's render of a scene from episode 25.

I loved this scene in Death Note.
Great job animating the rain, it's very smooth.
And I love the fact that he opens his eyes fully and half way, which shows a good variety of expressions.

The effect of rainfall is very beautifully accomplished. I also enjoy the fact that L's eyes only open half-way in some instances; it adds a subtle variety of expression to his face.
I have always looked at this particular scene with a strange mixture of deep sadness and mystification-- the very same feelings this piece engenders.
