Dude yes you still would!! XD I'm worried about my chances though. I know they're SO strict with judging. I mean... round 1, they knocked off points for a lot of stuff I didn't expect. I don't know how bad it'll be this time.

They said they were eliminating 36 people but... I don't think 36 people or much more than that finished R2 *facepalm* so I wonder what they're going to do.

But there are so many MISTAAAAAKES XDDDDDD I'm thinking they will still be going by that roster they made for R1. But you're right, I think they will be a bit tougher now that the tournament has really started. R1 was pretty much there to weed out the ones who wouldn't take the contest seriously.

Remember that the last day of the Round normally gets a megaton of entries. There better be more entries too, because Im the only one in my group who's submitted an entry, and I want to see Jen kick some ass in other entries XDDD I know a few people have dropped out/deactivated there accounts since R2 was announced. And then there are the people who won't finish on time. So I'm guessing total there will be 170 or so entries.

It's.. pretty small compared to last year, I think. D: And like you, I am the only person from my group that has submitted anything. Well, one of them made 2 pages and stopped long time ago... But yeah... D: It's really disappointing, THEY BETTER FINISH FFFFFF

I will hope for an explosion of new entries. BUT today IS the last day isn't it!? ... I don't know. But I will hope. <:3

I just hope the judges judge fairly. There's always mistakes but.. yeah, I think if the comics show a lot of effort, they should give a good score regardless...

Didn't last year have over 500 entries or something? This year everyone is at the BFOI. Okay how about this. If nobody from our groups submits anything, we have to draw each others characters in an art trade X3 I keep checking my groups pages to see if they've submitted anything. XDD

I heard that no extension will be given for this round. And tomorrow is the last day, unless we live in very different time zones where it's July 10th for you and July 9th for me.

I think if the contestant at least showed effort they should get an okay score. And then add on points if they followed the guidelines, showed improvement, kept characters in character, yadda yadda.

Okay. I have to ask this because I've been thinking about for the last month. What do you think Round 3 will be??

I know me too!! Hahaha but still nothing so far. PFFF. Seems like the artists I was paired with aren't super active on DA anyway so yeah... Don't know if they'd do an art trade either. BUT THEY OWE US.. XDDD

I agree with that, yes. I'm still a bit worried for myself and my friends though. I don't really care if I get an amazing score or anything, for this round anyway (because I know I could have done better...), I just wanna pass and I want my friends to pass too, so I can hopefully face them later.

Annnddd as for R3... I'm very sure it's going to be another event with another brain. They did imply that somewhere on the front page comments *spyspyspy*. It seems to be that the entire tournament will be revolving around facing different brains, which is disappointing IMO. I prefer the crazy adventures and stuff we had last year.
Of course as to what the mission will be before we face those brains, I have no idea...

Ditto. I just want this round to end because I'm so nervous! The only friend of mine that entered dropped out, so right now I'm doing this to hopefully make new friends who like Pokemon as much as I do :3

I was kind of upset about being stuff on the island as well. Last year when the hole tournament took place all over Sinnoh, there were so many different things that could happen. Now that we're stuck in one place, we're just going to have missions I bet. Like "Do this and then battle the brain" Unless they pull some super sneaky move that blows us all away which is what I'm hoping they'll do >.>

The hardest part of this round was DRAWING the little thingies! XDDDDDD I'm guessing a Grand Festival sort of round is going to be in our future, because it is Hoenn which is known for its Contests.

OOOOHHH! *derp* Well I'm totally up for that!! I'd love to do that. And we should totally be UBF bros too, you're awesome. It's weird the friends I make from UBF are ones I'm never paired up with. OTL but what can you do?

I'm really hoping they will surprise us. But if so, I guess not for the first few rounds, or until every frontier brain had thier battle... FFFFFFFFFFFF why couldn't they keep the frontier brains for the regular BF? Why are we doing two? That would have been cooler... IMO.


Yeah that makes sense. I wouldn't mind a contest themed round, it would be interesting... but I really suck at drawing that stuff. Well, anime-wise the attacks involve such creativity for portraying them, you know? I HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO DRAW SUCH THINGS. I looked at some of the battle pictures for a contest group on DA and I was just blown away. I'd give it a try though.

After 4 more rounds, there'll only be, like, 30 people left! That would be soooo unfair. This is why I'm thinking no one is going to do the actually Battle Frontier. Because if you're in the main tournament, then you're going to have to battle them anyways.

A contest round would probably be the most interesting thing they could have now that we're stuck on the island. The round I am really hoping for is one like Round 7 of last year. That was pretty kick ass.

Were you in the tournament last year? I was only there til round 2 because I derped about the deadline and missed it. Then I kind of stopped paying attention but I did see some of the pics from the later rounds and it was impressive...

Yay Actually, one of my competitors posted their entry X3 Ah well, I'm still gonna draw Shaiming cause I said I would. Maybe if we're lucky they'll tell us what Round 3 is right after Round 2 end! ((LOLnotreally))

No, I didn't find out about it until Round 4, but I filled out the old character sheet. ((God my drawing last year was crap!)) I remember seeing you in the contest last year when I browsed the Round entries.
