If you haven't read Death Note up to chapter...um, 53 or so, you won't know what I'm talking about here. And if you haven't read Death Note at all, then you are missing out, and I am sad for you, and you need to go read it. Now.Ah, poor stupid Matsuda, everyone is so mean to him. I think he and L look enough like themselves in this, but I can't draw Raito/Light at all! His hair is so difficult. T__T Takeshi Obata's style is really different than mine, especially the way he draws hair, but I love his art. I think eventually I'll figure out how to draw these hairstyles passably. XD And yes, no background AT ALL, because I really am that lazy, and I don't think this deserves a bg.

Unfortunately I believe you can't do it anymore. ): DA used to allow you to submit a separate preview image, which is great if you want to avoid spoilers and such. I wish they hadn't done away with it, but I'm sure it was a bandwidth issue or something. *sigh*

Don't worry, I can't draw Light's hair either. I've attempted (counts) thirteen times, and even more if you include seperate comic panels and animation frames. O_O It's beyond the reach of mortals.
