-Me and my brother spent a lot of time sorting through children's rhymes, and this one was a 'freakin- let's just go with this!' kind of a stretch.

I was just curious if you did these because they asked you to for the tournament or if you did them just for fun. (The colors seem very consistent by the way.)

I'm not sure what your question is, but I'm just gonna say:
1) Yes, I did this for the tournament.
2) No, the decision to do it in watercolor was my own-nobody told me to do so. At the time it was easier to work traditionally than digitally.
3) Yes, it was a lot of hard work and teeth gnashing, but it was fun.
