they would be oranges, but I thought that are confused with the background, and so more colors harmonize

It looks like he has learned a martial art and got a weapon for it.

I feel like Papyrus is smarter than he lets on, just like his bro.
And while I do think he would still believe in you, I think he might have learned or at least suspected that Chara was assuming control as an entirely different person than Frisk, and his attacks would be an effort to separate Chara from Frisk.
I'd imagine his dialogue would be frantic and desperate, his confidence finally being challenged. I think if he'd break through the fourth wall, instead of attacking through it, he would try to outright separate the Fight button from the UI like ASGORE did with the Mercy button. If the player fails to get to the Fight button, Papyrus will try to sever Chara, in several different manners. However each time ends up bringing the health bar to 0, and bringing the player into Game Over state.
In contrast to San's fight I feel like Papyrus would try as much as possible to cling to hope until the very end. It's implied that he hardly even knows about death in several of the neutral endings, so after learning it's consequences it would make sense to try to find a way to fix it, and bring everyone back.
Additionally, if the player gives up the genocide run and tries to go back to a Pacifist run. Instead of any resentment that Sans might feel, Papyrus will feel lingering memories of graditute, and pride, knowing that he Saved Frisk and everyone else together.
Beating him in a genocide run would be the process of convincing Papyrus that there is not hope for anything, and defeating his Spirit in more ways than one.

This is possibly my fav undertale AU but, recently I've been pondering... what WOULD papyrus do if he was in this situation? Would he still beleve in you or not? I mean he obviously wouldn't take it well but, what would his opinion be of you?

I think inside him still believe in you, but he knows what you've done and has to fight to stop it :´(

Well... with everyone else he just thinks they are on vacation because nobody has the heart to tell him the truth, I don't know if he'd think the same with sans? Unless he saw it firsthand. It's heartbreaking to think of papyrus actually not believing in you anymore... he's just too innocent and nice.
