Headcanon that there was a battle with a saw involved is accepted. For some reason, I couldn't find the journal entry from which I read that headcanon about new appearances for season 8...I wonder why?

I think I had too much fun with the layer effects.

Judging by the length of Nya's hair in this piece suggests that it happened around six to four months before Sons of Garmadon, depending on how fast her hair grows. I'm just basing it off on my own hair growth rate.
