Caelestia's breasts (if that's what they are) look a bit wonky. Try looking up side views of a woman sitting and look at how the breasts are placed. I knows it sounds really perverted, but it's the only way to make the character look a bit more natural. Also, I noticed that the eyes are a bit big. Even though you might be going for that look, it might look better if you made the eyes the slightest bit more smaller.
