Really big file xDMy hair tutorial part 1 - Black and red hair I made for
Well, i hope it's understandable xD My english sucks and my ability to explaind even more.
I made it in SAI, but I guess it will work on PS or some other software too.
I'm lazy, so I mad two in one.
Second part will be about white/bright hair coloring.

not exactly, thanks for trying though. i was wondering where the lock layer button is, but since i couldn't find it i used the clipping layer, i also was a bit confused with the blending. (im still trying to work out sai, but i like it alot)

lock layer button is right above new layer button. It's called "preserve opacity" :>

How it works is it like that u keep colouring in the lines?? cause i use the select tool if thats a lil the same ? XD

Locking layer causes that you can't paint outside area painted before locking it. That is verry helpful when you color in way similiar to mine - I make lineart and then put base colors. I put them with large pen and then clean up additional parts. when I lock layer my shading can't leave locked area.
