THE DEADLY RETURN Chapter 3

A teenager sat in a booth of a diner that actuality made up of converted old subway cars outside London. He had ruggedness in his face, despite his youth. His hair was brunette, but cut in sharp crop that tightly framed his face. His eyes were intense, giving him the appearance like he was pondering in earnest the things about him. He wore a light green windbreaker jacket, which did nothing to cover his broad shoulders, giving him a look of strength, despite his youth. He was sipping an espresso when the tapping of high heel shoes caught his attention and he looked up with his intense eyes.
"Grant Douglas Ward," a female voice spoke,.
"Look, Lady. I don't know how you hacked into ACME's files to discover my name, but if were going to do business, I recommend we use my operational alias, Lee Jordan" the teen sneered as he replied,
"Very well, Lee Jordan. I read that you're the quite the capable agent. You actually managed to ap
