So I know this is going to sound silly, but I may have gotten a little emotional when making this page of the comic. I know D&D is just a game, but the experiences it creates are like being part of your favorite book. You feel the ups and downs as if you're living the story and the joy that came from Sparky's hatching was so real and palpable. It was like a childhood dream come true. I always loved stories about people hatching and raising dragons of their own and to me that moment was special. So I guess I got a little misty eyed when trying to depict Erri's joy in this incredible moment.
