Description New Irken character. And a chance to try digital paintings.

Seeing how Irkens use advanced technology, you know they cant ALL be soldiers. There must be some scientists and engineers. Maybe they put all the captured Votians to work as well, but anyways: Meet Radon!
Radon is a nerdy irken scientist working in a space station with other scientists. She doesn't see any real battles, yet her job is to do research on dangerous chemicals and help build military weapons. She is also trained in computer science and electronics but she does incredibly well in chemistry.
Instead of weapons like pak legs and lasers, she has tools for the handling and storage of chemicals. Its not recommended for her to store chemicals as the kinds she works with are usually unstable or dangerous, and not the kind you want stored near your life support.
Another downfall is that she is very accident prone, twitchy, and easily surprised.
Her antennas stick straight back and are known to get stuck in the airlock doors of the space station. Because of this, they are all bent and crooked.
When she isn't working, she would like watching outer space or walking on treadmills. Keeping in shape is hard in low gravity.

She also has an admiration for soldiers. She does wish she could fight, but never gets the chance. Upon meeting any soldiers or elites she might ask things like "Wow, were you in wars? Kill any Vortians? What was the planet like?" and other awkward questions.
Since she builds weapons she could be seen as 'evil' but in person she is timid and even paranoid. She might do something evil if given the chance but usually stays quiet. She isn't easily angered but if she is, watch out. She might have something dangerous to throw.

Whether she is defective or not is not known.

tl;dr

I haz a nerdy scientist Irken nau!

I already like her
An accident prone scientist, this is a great recipe for funny disasters
The 'works well in low gravity' and phobia of wide spaces also have an interesting sound.

I don't really know how well you are experianced in digital art but this seems quite impressive to me, especially the shading and jaw emphasis.

Thanks! ^^
I never really used to do digital paintings, but paint tool SAI is kinda good for that.

hm nice OC a humble, determined scientist I see

never underestimate Nerds, cause they make the tech we use and constantly change the world as we know it

and as Billy Gates said, we'll tend to end up working for them

Im more like a History nerd than science (have History Major), maybe except in some subjects in Biology (hate math, chem, and physics)
but yeah in a school social class, I guess im a lone wolf nerd
