I've got lots of drawing to upload but first, some Deathnote!

Beware, my bad fanfiction writing skills to explain the picture.

“And….it should be right about here!” Mello looked up from the map but his face fell as soon as he saw what was in front of him. “Err…not to be all smart ass and stuff…….but I see nothing…” The blond glared at Matt “No shit Sherlock, hadn’t figured that one out!” he said throwing the map at Matt’s face. Near who had been silently watching picked the map up and stared at it.

“Don’t waste your energy Near, the map is a liar.” Mello said with distaste. Near kept staring until Mello walked over to Near, pushing the map down to see his face. Near stared back.
“I believe that you’ve been holding the map upside down the whole time we’ve been walking, Mello.”

Mello’s cheeks turned red of most likely anger and embarrassment. “Like Hell I would do something like that! L gave us the wrong map I tell you! But if you’re so smart, you figure it out!” Mello practically spat the words and Near had to refrain himself from covering his face for incoming spit.

Half a hour later Near was still staring at the map, trying to determine where exactly they were. As for Mello and Matt, they had taken a seat on the ground, Mello constantly complaining about L’s ‘stupid’ plan and Near’s ‘stupid’ existing.

It was like this: Every summer L would take his top 3 successors out for some kind of vacation. This year they went camping. And because L sensed some ‘unfriendliness’ between Mello and Near he decided that it would be best if they had to work together, in this case they had been dropped somewhere in the forest along with a map that marked their current location and a compass.

Mello immediately had claimed the map for his own because ‘the others couldn’t read maps for shit’. Near insisted they would first look which way they should be heading, which appeared to be west. West if he hadn’t turned the map upside down that is. After walking for a while Matt ‘the compass keeper’ insisted he needed to throw some water in his face since he was hot. Resulting in losing the compass.

Mello yelled. Near had a look of annoyance washed over his face. All Matt wanted to do was to run away from his crazy-ass friend.

Which brought them to their current situation.

Five hours later L along with Watari found them sleeping on the ground. After a good meal they all agreed that randomly dropping two enemies (and a friend) of in the woods wasn’t such a good idea.
