Third advanced lesson of Disney Art Academy, focused on Techniques for 3D drawings  .

And the first illustration of Disney Art Academy related to the Marvel Universe has arrived (although there are not many), and I must say that I need more illustrations of this type to be done .

Since I was little I have loved superheroes, and I am going to tell you an irony about my favorite superhero: I am afraid of spiders, even small ones . With that it is not necessary to say more (I think).

It was in 2014 when my hype for the genre grew much more, since great movies had been released in that year: Captain America and the Winter Soldier, Guardians of the Galaxy, X-Men: Days of Future Past, The Amazing Spider- Man 2 (not the best, but still enjoyable), and Big Hero 6 .

I remember that it is a lovely movie, but I think it was forgotten after several years since Disney has not done much with that group (except for a series that I did not even know they had done, and that I have not seen yet, and a cameo in Kingdom Hearts 3), and then after the controversial decision to take the Oscar for best animated film competing against How to Train Your Dragon 2, Song of the Sea and The Tale of the Princess Kaguya (and at least one of those 3 films should have been the winner instead of Big Hero 6 )

But hey, you can't do anything about it anymore than appreciate the nominees and winner for what they are: as good movies   .

I really love the background that they let me choose this illustration, it looks great on it . The drawing style is also one of my favorites, but if I had to redo some of my illustrations, I would probably go for something close to comics . Still, this illustration is one of my favorites in the entire game .

In other matters, I'm afraid I'll have to postpone several projects I had planned to do, including a small game I was making for the Week Sauce Jam . This is because I will now be concentrating my efforts on developing a game that I have to deliver with a team to one of my college classes, and given the scale of the project and the fact that my peers are untrained in designing environments, characters and 3D modeling, much of that section will have to be done by me . All this, and that the school came up with the "brilliant" idea of returning all its students to face-to-face classes in the last 6 weeks of the semester before waiting for the end of this one to return to the classrooms as it should in the following semester . This can greatly hinder what I want and can do, which is why I made that decision .

However, and if you don't mind the idea, I'll upload here the designs that I'll be preparing for the game, which will consist of an RPG Dungeon Crawler with mechanics similar to Megami Tensei . It will be set in Mexico, although the scale of the game will be more for a demo, we have 3 biomes planned, more than 15 enemies to face/recruit and so on. In my social networks I will keep you up to date with the development of the game .
