Practicing my pixeling! ;u;This didn't take as long as I was expecting it to take lmaooo. Yaaaay for pixeling!
Fun fact: I did her legs but ohmygod they were retarded and demented looking. So she will remain legless.
I wanted to try to animate her hair so that it can go woosh-wooshie around, but I got lazy making the frames so I just stuck with blinkey eyes.
Aaaahhh--- no cheating involved in this one as well. All done pixel-by-pixel, no brushes/gradient tools used

PRO's: Choice of color is simply light and reflects the character's personality. Drawing technicalities is amazing. You used digital based medium so this requires a lot of patience and practice and not to mention it gave me a surprise that this artwork is animated. Simply light in conclusion.

CON's: Let's begin with the body...hands needs practice (since you're artwork is digital based, I don't blame you on how you drew the hands, we all came through difficulties of drawing)...
Keep it up and practice well. Digital based mediums requires a lot of practice so I encourage you to keep it up.
