I like how even the background paper looks kind of pirate-y. It was clever of you to only roughly sketch in The Pirate with a Scarf in the last portion since Charles and his doubts are really the focus of that part. And it's great just how snarky a monkey with notecards can be.

Captain: You have to do this, Chalres! *glares in a way that's supposed to be intimidating, but instead comes off as pleading* What if it where Amelia on that table? *Points over to the short ginger Bostonian woman* would you just let her die or would you do everything you could to save her?

Expressions are my favorite things to draw. Although I'm rather unhappy with the way Gout and Mr. Bobo turned out.

Considering his personality he seems the type who might have issues with blood. However, considering his house and all the things we see in his shipboard cabin he seems to be an aspiring taxidermist. And with his fascination with biology and the whole brain and baboon kidney incident he probably has a habit of dissecting things. Which (in my humble and overly anylitical reasoning) would probably overrule any aversian to blood. Although the blood of his latest science project and that of a friend might affect him completely differently.

yeah, thats true ^\\\^ n'aww poor lad X''3 well, he IS a biologist after all, and his house is big enough to put anything he wants in there. after he takes the organs out, he puts them in jars and stuffs the animals and uses them for decor ^^ yep, he's a taxidermist
