I guess there's nothing wrong with digital reading, but there is something to be said about turning pages with your own fingers. This is wonderful work, mate.

Yeah, I think just like you in that aspect. That tactile feeling you get from holding a book will never exist with digital books. I hope real books will not end completely "disappearing" in the future... ;__;

I doubt it. If newspapers went away, what would we use for potty-training puppies, or for painting projects? Sorry, couldn't resist.

Really does remind me of many a book I was read when a child. ("Each Peach Pear Plum" springs to mind)
Love the motion in the books falling and the colouring is lovely!

I did a little research for "Each Peach Pear Plum" on Google, and it's realy lovely!! I like it's drawing style, really cute, I wish I had read it when I was a kid... too bad.
I'm glad you like the motion of them, because I was scared it could look strange or "liveless", or something like that. Thank you very much!!

Never too old to read a children's book, at least I still pick the odd one up when at work (charity shop, so we get 2nd hand books) and have a little light reading. ^^'
You're welcome.

I still do too. Nowadays, I even buy some new and second hand's ones which style is curious to me ^^. That's a lovely job for sure!!

If only more books aimed at adults had drawings in them like they did when we were young.. That'd be something else, a childrens book styled illustration in a book like "War and Peace"

Lately, are appearing illustrators who works more for adults, and also, "children books" or illustrated books who are more destined to adults tah children. For example, do you know Benjamin Lacombe? he's an french illustrator, very famous right now. One of his last works was to illustrate a version for Victor Hugo's "The Hunchback of Notre-Dame".
