I realized they have many things in common.
They both have "2 sides", like a good one (Gabriel and Light's self, from the time he forfeited the ownership - remember L saying "It's like he's a tottaly different person!!") and a bad one (Sylar and Kira).
They both killed a lot of people.
Also, they started the whole thing out of...
boredom o.O
Gabriel was bored being a watchmaker and wanted to be special, and Light was bored being just a student (and knowing all that there was to know).
And they both have great hair XD

So that's the huge explanation for this, I hope you guys understand/like it :3
