Description
So, I'm going to push myself to start doing digital more so I'll get better at it. The main Idea is to do a lot of project digitally very quickly. That being said, I believe this took about 6 hours. I tried stylizing it, but I'm not sure how it turned out. Should I go back in and try detailing it by making everything smoother? Is the style good? Give me feedback.Related content

I always found The Imprisoned to be a pretty freaky boss. A giant walking lizard mouth. When I saw this part where he grew the evilHalo and started to fly, I was like.....you gotta be kiddin me. o_O

I like it! If you want suggestions i would say, keep th ange, cuz it's awesome but perhaps put a little more texture?

i had alot of trouble with that one, untill i found out how to kill it, just jump on its back and slam it in, you dont have to let him fall down, it just costs more work

That boss is a nightmare in the last couple rounds. GOD! I hate fighting him in the late stages. Nice pic though.

I only hated him because of the controls. Flight flying with the remote become WAY to tedious and precise. so i would ram him at the VERY last second so that I knew I wouldn't miss when hitting him.

This form had me rage sooo many times but it was fun in the end.

8 times, and like the first three were progressive where I got further, the last 5 were because they expect me to calculate my trajectory, the speed I am propelled at, and add in the Imprisoned's change in altitude under the constraint of 30 seconds? are they mad?!

I would rather fight the Imprisoned a million times than do the Silent Realms. This is amazing!

I really like this style. ^^ It feels like its painted on canvas, which makes me think of the official art style. Only thing I personally would do is try to make the imprisoned not look so smooth. He's ruffly with those scales. Them fluffy scales and if you take away the teeth and the bad-guyness he could be a household pet~! >w< Really like this pic tho.

You go gurl, express you're own opinions, like what you like. And in all honesty, I agree about the scales, but I couldn't think of any way to do the scales without making it feel off from the rest of the style. But I'm working on a new picture of Demise, so I'm going to take time and care into making sure the scales look cool.

This thing scared the living shit outta me! Like the first time it's like "Awwwww! So cute!" But then it's like holy crap!!!! I think its the suspense that scares me, that you have to kill it before it gets to the temple....

god those things are one of the hardest things in Zelda. I'm just glad that if you get hit it doesn't take your hearts away. Im doing the one in skyloft and i haven't passed it yet because 1. they scare the crap outta me 2. they piss me off too much

Seriously, if it wasn't for the fact that you get 5 hearts at the beginning of the game instead of 3, I'm pretty sure that Skyward Sword would be the hardest Zelda game.

Omg the Imprisoned... O.o First time = meh, easy. Second time = Stop climbing the walls! Third time = How the heck do you land on his head?!
This is very nice and by the way! It's up to you if you wanna make it sharper but I like it the way it is too. ^_^

I definitely like this style, but it probably wouldn't be a bad idea to go back in and sharpen a few details. If I'm not looking close I almost lose the grass into the side of the mountain and the sky. Some more destination on Link couldn't hurt, but overall this looks fantastic, especially since you don't work with digital much. I need a lot more practice with it myself. Then again, I didn't realize this was digital until I read it. It likes like a watercolor sorta mixed with markers.
On a side note, WHY WON'T THIS THING JUST DIE!!? If I had to fight that Imprisoned one more time I was gonna scream. I laughed so hard when the Goddess statue fell on its head.

I'm with you and TrinityRane, this boss was Kick Butt Hard! lol! Had to ask my son for help, he's a Zelda wizard. Anyway! I first thought this was a pastel drawing, it looks so great! I dig the perspective! If you are happy with the looseness of details, than go for it, by all means! Sometimes it is freeing to be able to loosen up, and your results were killer! Long Live Link!!!
