Here we go, promised long comment. Before I start, a short fact: I debated whether I shall write down my first impressions [despite knowing the universe], but I decided to give you a hint of them nonetheless, so here I go. As most of your boys characters, also Madjero must be colourful persona, no doubts about that fact. However! He is extremely fluffy. And fluffy not because I associate him with cute fluffy cloud or puppy or flufy ball either meow or woof-woof animals ^___^ Fluffy may also refer to personality or appearance but in positive meaning. So, I'd like to say he is extremely fluffy here. First: he is like a human version of Strawberry & yoghurt flavour or a cotton candy flavour? He is known as candy maniac for sheets of reason, does not he? 
More about this cutie pie [he is guy, but he is too cute >//< He'll be named a cutie pie because I cannot handle so good such a cute boys, sorry~
So, Your cutie pie named Madjero also is fond of pastel colors. His outfit on this art is truly pastelish and obviously could get the name "kawaii", because kawaii refers to pastel colors too ^^ He wears candy tattoos all ove his body... creativity on your arts is just beyong me being able to use proper epithets. How to say, I like your drawing style, like what you do to your viewers, just look at this character, he is too cute to be hot 
I think the best part of his outfit for me is this candy shawl around his waist, and his hard candy lollipop bracelets above his ankles? I think these are lollipop bracelets but ain't sure
He also likes to wear cute body and hai accessories [candy hairpins and hairclips, cupcake-crown/headband]. Oh and that wondrous tummy of his mmm... *_* Is he also into that gym diet [to train his abs, etc.]?
And, oh! The girl has cute hair color ^^
To conclude: this art is also making me going crazy. I do not know why I found it, I just did and I cannot help having weak spot in my heart for these type of otome still

oh, my magician boys are never really bad persons, but harlequins like Majero often can be really different, from really fluffy to even devious, and even multiple peqrsonalities... but about this pic you got it right, he's a fluffy cutiepie, because Madjero will never do but to such little innocent girlie ~
(magicians have a lot of muscle training just in basic life! so no need to go to gym, yeah!!)
