Okay, I found this idea from a fanfiction. XDApparently, Itachi was hurt, and the closest hospital was in Konoha. Kisame busts a room out of the closest nurse, and they fix Itachi up. When he wakes up, Itachi not only had to be annoyed with Kisame being a douche bag, he had to wear pink scrubs with bunnies on it. Anyhow, Kisame takes a picture with said disgruntled Itachi, and writes a "LET'S BE BROTHERS AGAIN" letter to Sasuke while he's in Konoha. Itachi scribbles it out, and the letter is left on the pillow for Sasuke to find.
Yeah. That's what happened.
