Popeye, the Sailor Man

He's strong to the 'finich', cause he eats his spinach. A sailor man from the early days of comic strips and animation, Popeye is well known for his cartoony adventures, along his love interest, Olive Oyl, and his ward Swee' Pea, a baby he has custody of in most of his appearances. He's also been known for his many clashes with Bluto, a rival for Olive's affections. Popeye often saves the day, however, when he pops open a can of his signature Spinach, powering up and sending the villain of the day (usually Bluto) packing with a well-aimed punch. Always eat your vegetables, kids.
